Learning and Development

BFF Academy is the physical and virtual place where knowledge, crafts, techniques and ideas are shared and developed to grow people and ensure, as a result, the growth of the Group.

Your journey at BFF

A journey designed to enable people to perform at their best through a merit-based work environment where everyone has the opportunity to get involved, make a tangible contribution and improve every day.

BFF Discovery is BFF’s onboarding program. It starts before the first day, the moment you sign the hiring letter, and aims at giving new joiners all the information they will need to navigate the first three months of their journey in BFF at their best. New joiners get to know fellow colleagues who entered the bank in theirs same quarter, can share questions and opinions with them and, at the end of the three months, they all participate in the BFF Discovery Event: the two-day meeting dedicated exclusively to new joiners that takes place in the Milan HQ 4 times a year.

During this event new joiners of all seniorities and ages fly to Milan, meet each other, and have the opportunity to engage directly with the GCEO, VPs and Directors from all functions and departments ask questions and get to know BFF’s values and culture by experiencing them first-hand.
